Learning the techniques of the great masters of art through series like this one, allows the artist a chance to explore art in a whole new way. Rather than just seeing the art, it allows me to immerse myself within it for a time and explore its subtleties and look at the art in a modern day way.
This series will look at several of the masters. The first being the great Caravaggio.
