Red Sky at Morning, Sailors Take Warning (Ships of the Line)

I was born and raised on an island in the Atlantic Ocean. Life on the Atlantic and great ships were are part of my childhood and a constant sense of wonder. As an adult, they still amaze! 

I had not realized how many pieces of my art reflected my love of ships. They creep into my art in many different ways. Some subtle, some in your face, all surreal. Here are a few of them.
