If you would like to submit work for show for an Immortal Artist event here is what you need to know.
- Please submit only a single piece of work. This piece should be what you consider your best, most interesting or most recent piece of work. You will be contacted within 48 hours with your approval.
- Your work can be of any genre including paintings, sculpture, etc
- When submitting your piece you should include the following information:
- Artists name- Price
- Name of piece
- Size of piece
- A one paragraph description of the piece and any thoughts the artist wishes to include about that piece
- A photo of the piece - Pieces which are submitted and do not include the information listed above may be rejected.
- Immortal Artist asks all artists to donate 5% of sales on any given piece back for future events. Price your work accordingly.
- The sooner you submit your information the more time we have to promote your work before the next event occurs. We attempt to promote all artists through social networks in the weeks preceding each event. SO DON'T DELAY!
- The actual piece must be at the event at least one hour prior to show. You do not have to be present for the show, but should arrange for early drop off if you cannot be at the show. We prefer to have the artist present at the show to answer questions about their piece. If this is not possible please let us know in advance.
- If you have easels or special setups for your art, please bring them. Display tables and easels are at a minimum so anything an artist can do to help display their work is welcome
- This event is only as strong as you make it. Share the event, webpage and info to friends and family so that our audience grows
