BIO
Sarah Swan is an enrolled member of the Little Shell Band of Chippewa and a direct Descendent of the Yakama Nation. She grew on the Yakama Reservation. In the town of White Swan, WA. She's a registered nurse, who currently works recovery at night. By day she's creating a culture of health and self-care combined with socially conscious content, evidence-based practice, art, creativity, food, gardening, sovereignty, resistance, resiliency, and humor. Essentially, the Indigenous Martha Stewart, who likes to makes some noise. She's a single mother of three kids. Her kids are mixed and she will not be silent until they can all walk the streets safely!
