Have you ever been in a dream that you were sure wasn't a dream?
Am I awake? Good question. I could swear I was.
Yet I see my body there upon the ground before me, asleep. My chest moves in steady rhythm. My eyes are tight shut. My body relaxed.
Is this not sleep?
Are you asleep tumbler? I raise my eyes to her silent unmoving form. She winks at me again.
And what of you tiny shadow? Are you awake? Your laughing at me. I can tell it even from here. You think this is one big joke.
And still the earth rises, moving slowly away into the heavens. Are you awake earth? I doubt it anymore.
